GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Our ecommerce online platform takes order and send products to Peninsular and East Malaysia. We are unable to deliver to outside of Malaysia.

2. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, shipping provider and other factors.

3. Delivery charges depend on the weight of the items and distance of delivery location. Total delivery fee / charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customers can check the estimated shipping rate at the checkout page before proceeding to payment.

5. Kindly ensure your delivery address is accurate as we do not allow amendments after the order is placed.

6. Please note that you will not be able to check if your address is outside fulfilment location's delivery coverage area.

7. Please make sure you enter your contact number for our delivery personnel to contact you.

8. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes address.

9. In order to reduce carbon footprint and customers not getting their goods, please ensure there is someone at home or office to receive the package.

10. Additional shipping charges will be charged for rearrange delivery due to incorrect address given or no receiver at home / office during delivery.

11. Cut-off Ordering Time Complete payment will be processed on next working day.

12.1. Peninsular / West Malaysia
12.1.1. Standard shipping duration: within 3- 5 working days
12.1.2. Shipping is depending on the weight of the items and shipping service provider. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

12.2. East Malaysia
12.2.1. Standard shipping duration: within 5- 7 working days
12.2.2. Shipping depending on the weight of the items and shipping service provider. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
12.2.3. Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer.

Note: ONLY order with complete payment will be processed.  
6. Cancellation and Refund policy
The seller accepts any order cancellations and/or returns of items purchased on Wyeth Nutrition’s WhatsApp commerce platform for the purpose of a full refund or an exchange, whether for the same item or a different one. All cancellations and returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Request
1.1 The buyer is able to cancel an order if the buyer has not made full payment on the order, or the seller has not arranged shipment of the order, or the buyer has not made any prior cancellation of the order.

1.2 The buyer is only allowed one request for cancellation per order.

1.3 If the cancellation request is done before the payment is successful or before the seller has arranged shipment of the order, the order can be cancelled immediately. However, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system if it has not been paid within 3 days.

1.4 If the cancellation request is done after the seller has arranged shipment of the order, the buyer will need to proceed for return and refund request.

2. Return and Refund Request
2.1 Request for return and refund of the purchase item must be submitted via WhatsApp within seven (7) calendar days from the date received, by stating the reason(s) of return, the order number, the name of purchaser, email and contact number of purchaser, the name of item purchased, the item to be returned and a clear image(s) of the said item if there has been a damage to it during transit.

2.2 The request for return and refund will be processed and reviewed within two (2) working days and subject to the seller’s approval. The buyer will receive an email notification stating that the buyer’s request for return and refund has been approved. Once the request is approved, the item shall be returned to the seller within seven (7) calendar days, which starts from the approval date of the request, to the date stamped on the parcel containing the item that the buyer has returned to the seller.

2.3 The item is to be returned to the following address: Lot 1, Jalan Sinaran 6, Kawasan Perindustrian Sinaran, 43300 Kajang, Selangor.

2.4 Below is a list of acceptable reasons for the process of return and refund:
2.4.1. The item received is physically damaged.
2.4.2. The item is lost in transit.
2.4.3. The item is incomplete i.e., there are missing accessories, or the quantity received does not match the purchase made.
2.4.4. The item received is faulty i.e., there is a malfunction.
2.4.5. The wrong item is received i.e., the item received differs from the item purchased.


3. Condition of the Item Returned
3.1 The request for return and refund will be accepted provided the item returned meets the following requirements:
3.1.1. The item must be new and in good condition. Any item that has been opened, used, altered and/or worn will not be accepted for return and exchange.
3.1.2. The item must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories, including but not limited to, manuals, and free gifts received with it.
3.1.3. The item must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted to it.
3.1.4. Sealed items must not be opened.


4. Shipping Fee for the Item Returned
4.1 In the event the buyer has a change of mind and requests for an exchange of item, the shipping fee of the item returned shall be borne by the buyer.

4.2 In the event of any damage, missing, incomplete, and/or wrong item received, the shipping fee of the item returned shall be borne by the seller.

5. Refund Process
5.1 The refund process will be initiated once the item has been received in good condition by the seller. In the event the item returned is not acceptable for return and refund, the buyer will be notified before the item is returned back to the buyer. In this instance, the buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.

5.2 Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. The processing of payment may require some time and is subject to the third-party payment gateway provider’s payment process timeline.

Seller reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund policy at any given time without notice.
7. Pricing Policy
1. Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all prices listed on our ecommerce platform are accurate and up to date. However, in the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct the price and/or cancel the order.

2. Price Changes
Prices of products may change without prior notice due to market conditions, promotions, or other factors. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.

3. Promotions and Discounts
We occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers. These are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be limited to certain products, timeframes, or customer groups.

4. Taxes and Fees
All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Additional charges such as shipping fees or service fees with tax (if any) will be clearly stated at checkout .
